1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you affirm that you are legally competent to enter into this agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, such as text, video, audio, strategy frameworks, graphics, logos, and merchandise designs, is the property of HC Media Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

3. Inner Circle Membership & Community Guidelines

Our Inner Circle is a paid membership that grants access to exclusive content, private discussions, and strategic resources.

As a member, you agree to:

  • Keep all content within the community confidential.
  • Engage respectfully and constructively.
  • Avoid any form of hate speech, harassment, or illegal activity.
  • Not share account access or content externally.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund. We reserve the right to evolve or discontinue the Inner Circle features at our discretion.

4. AMA Sessions (Ask Me Anything)

Our AMA service provides personalized insight and strategic advice in response to your submitted questions.

By using AMA, you acknowledge:

  • The advice is general and informational, not legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.
  • Results from any guidance may vary and are not guaranteed.
  • AMA content is not private unless expressly agreed upon.
  • You assume full responsibility for actions taken based on our input.

5. Merchandise Store Policy

We sell branded merchandise through our official channels.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • Product Availability: Inventory and designs may change without notice.
  • Shipping: Delivery times vary by region. HC Media Limited is not liable for shipping delays, import duties, or customs issues.
  • Returns: Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for size or preference-related issues unless due to a shipping error.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All purchases are final once shipped unless otherwise specified.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Pricing

All payments (e.g., for Inner Circle membership, AMA sessions, or merchandise) are securely processed through third-party services like Stripe.

  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Prices are subject to change. Active subscribers will be notified in advance.
  • You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.

7. Conduct and Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of our website.
  • Attempt to access data not intended for you.
  • Harass or exploit any member or team member.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may link to or use third-party tools and services. HC Media Limited is not responsible for the privacy, security, or practices of these third parties.

9. Disclaimers

All services, advice, and content are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content.
